This year I am fundraising for United Way as the Team captain of Team Seneca. United Way is close to my heart. I have worked in the social services and seen their money keep small charities alive. In my past work, the United Way provided a third of my small org's operating budget so that myself and my colleagues could design and run programming for at-risk youth in Toronto, York Region and South Simcoe.
